Ever since Maryam can walk way back on her first birthday, she seems to love walking more than anything else. With this new skills, she seems to be more independence and more assertive. She is curious about everything and ironically the things the fascinate her are just only ordinary objects such as spoons, battery charges, tissues or you name it. Her attention span also increasing that she is able to sit in front of television to watch Home Alone for 2 hours with giggling and babbling through out the movie.
She also understands instruction better and more responsive. For example, I gave her simple instruction like “Maryam, take the book and come here read with Mummy” She will go the bookshelf and pickup one of her book and bring to me. Since the bookshelf is reachable for her, I always found out that she is reading her book alone while nobody attended her.
Until today she’s not improved much on her language skills. Only yesterday while watching Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie on HBO, she keep saying and pointing at the dogs in the movie and saying “Thog” and “Thek” .. I think she was referring to dog and cat. Most of the time she is babbling but we are not able to understand a word.
She can now scribble at the drawing pad more steadily when I gave her crayons and drawing pad. And we think that she is left handed since she used her left hand more than her right hand – to draw, to eat her cookies and pointing.
That’s my girl. I love her so much and I hope I can be the best for her..

Alahai comelnya gambar Maryam walking.. especially with the bag.. she looks rather taller, mcm umur 2-3 years.. maybe from the angle to photo was taken.. aihh bila la cik abg imran nak jalan ni! most people around us said that imran blabs too much a.k.a mulut ringan.. sbb tu la lambat jalan.. mcm betul aje.. hehe

Anne : mmg maryam tinggi for her age hehe. she’s too active walking sampai da kurus sket skrg. Baby has their own milestone.. nanti bila imran da jalan penat la nak kejar dia and kena extra careful – beli protection untuk sharp corner and edges and safety gate. he will surely berjalan all over the place without limit and langgar je ape nak langgar. hehee
Adik : heheh maryam rambut skit ikot i masa kecik2. nanti cikja beli la lagi hairclip mcm tu, cantik and sedap pakai. x keras. jumpa u next week okay
